cute lil read... name BANS
someone posted this on facebook and found it a cute ill read. Shame some kids weren't spared by the "unique" celeb naming trend... ugh. Apple, seriously? Makes me wonder if these are the REAL names, or names they release for the public

Lurking...that was a pretty good (and funny
 ) article. The only one I don't find all that offensive / weird is Brooklyn and Mercedes. The first one has become quite a common girl's name (we have one here on the boards), and Mercedes has long been an acceptable girl's name. It's Spanish for "Our Lady of Mercy"...the Virgin Mary. It's the car company that stole it  . Same with Portia (pr. Porche, like the car) which is a name with Greek/Roman roots.
