I finished this a few weeks ago and liked it a lot. I had one quibble with it (I won't spoil it for anyone) but I think that the book needed to be written that way to understand Maisie's background. I would definitely be interested in reading more of this series, especially since I haven't read much from this era (after WWI).

Maisie is an interesting character . . .
