I made his minestrone soup today and it was soooo delicious. I had three bowls. The kids liked it too, although dd had strong reservations about the word "tomato" being used in one of the ingredients and ds is three and just naturally pokes and prods all new foods to make sure none of them will attack him.

I have plans to make another two of his soups and will happily report back on them.

Susan, did you try any more of the Soup Peddler soups? I am hoping to make one or two this coming month.... I'll report back, too.

I got about 40 pages into the book and put it down - just didn't interest me.

Some of the recipes looked good, but I have a family of picky eaters (dh being the biggest) and so probably won't make any of them **sigh**
