I try to do crunches and free weights in the afternoon when my 2 year old is napping. My 3 1/2 year old likes to stretch with me and he does a couple crunches of his own - we have fun exercising together.

A few evenings a week I have my husband watch the kids while I use the treadmill and shower. Not only do I get an hour to myself but I get in some good exercise too.

Sometimes during the summer I'll get up before everyone else and go for a bike ride. I'd like to get up earlier in the winter and work out, but it's so hard to do when it's cold and dark and my bed feels so comfortable, LOL.

If it's nice outside i put the kids in the double stroller and head out for a walk. But I live in the rain so mostly i just put in a exercise DVD. My 3 year old is ok about finding other stuff to do. Most times I wait till the baby is asleep.

I've only had time to do situps the past couple weeks. Soon as she naps I go on the floor. Can't wait until summer is over here then I'm gonna start pushing Brooke around the suburbs in the pram.

I wait til my DD goes for her nap and then use the treadmill, probably 3x per week. If I could be bothered, I would do the dance routines from her favourite programs - Wiggles etc - as I'm sure if I threw myself into them, it would be a great workout and she would LOVE to watch me doing it!

I used to run with dd in the jogger practically every day for her nap. Now with 2 kids, it's not as easily done...when 1 is willing, the other isn't, not to mention how heavy it is pushing around over 50lbs between the 2 of them.

Now, I go to Curves. It is unreal how terrifically efficient it is. 30 minutes for a total body workout and stretch. I can make it there, workout and back home in just under 45 minutes. And I am getting my stomach back to it's near original, prebaby condition...thought it was stretched out forever!
