Chili Cheese Chicken
3-4 Boneless/skinless Chicken Breasts
1 small green or red bell pepper 1 small red onion Olive oil chili spices can of Campbell's Pepperjack Cheese Soup Marinade chicken in chili spices and olive oil (or any southwestern/mexican marinade) for an hour or more. Place chicken breasts on baking sheet. Top with diced red onion and bell pepper and bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Take chicken out of oven and spoon soup over each chicken breast and put back in oven for 10 minutes or until soup is bubbly
