I started this last night and only read a few pages, but I can already tell it's going to be a book to really sink into. I was tired and worried that I couldn't pay it proper attention, so I set it aside for daytime reading. The language is beautiful and something about it really reminded me of EM Forster. Possibly the opening scene of a group of British tourists abroad, reminding me of Room with a View and Where Angels Fear to Tread. I'm looking forward to reading more!
