Breast changes

So, My little one will be 3 weeks tomorrow. I've noticed I'm feeling less full & rarely engorged. Granted she's eating quite frequently. She seems to be satisfed after eating. She's going potty like normal. We go for a weight check at the end of the month. I still leak sometimes so I know there is milk in there. ;) I'm nervous about supply issues. Should I be? I read on the LLL website that this is normal after 6 weeks. But, is 3 weeks too early?

jen, what are her nights like? how often does she go between feeds?

When I posted this she was getting up every 2 hours. She seems to have gone back to sleeping about 4 hours straight & I noticed I woke up very full & leaking.

I'm coming in late, but I wanted to mention that it's normal to feel less full after the first couple weeks. When I first started working as a peer counselor a lot of moms would call me freaking around 1 mo because they lost their milk. Their baby was still peeeing 6-8+ times a day and growing well, but breasts felt softer so there must be no milk. Remember go back to basics. Count the diapers and watch her signs.
