 Why do people think it's ok to judge others that way? I'm due after you, and quite frankly, I have the same pain in my hips from sleeping on my side. It's always that way for me once I get close to the 2nd trimester, maybe sooner. Maybe these people forgot what it's like? Still. If you say you are having a difficult time sleeping, they should be sympathetic, not critical. And, the friend who thinks you are too old needs to get her head out of her ***. My goodness! There are many benefits to us being "older" moms. More . I'm glad your dh understands and is supportive. My dh is probably the most supportive person when I'm pregnant. I'd be lost without him.

Well, I'm older than you and I totally approve of you being pregnant at your age. You're 39, not 59, for heaven's sake.

My hips have been a wreck this pregnancy from a very early point, and I'm only lugging one baby around. Of course you're going to feel symptoms much earlier than most pregnant women when you have twins and your friends should be sympathizing with you, not criticizing. I'm really sorry you aren't getting more support in real life. Is there a twins support group in your area? It might help to get in touch with other moms of twins and find out how they got through the pregnancy and hear their advice on surviving the first few months.

That's awful. Who needs judgemental friends?! Ugh I'm sorry you are hurting. I was soooooo sore w/ the 2nd pregnancy. Everything hurt all the time. It sucks that no one shows even an ounce of sympathy. Come here & vent. We all understand!!!!

i think 39 is not old enough to be preggy. I think your friend is just jealous of you.. Godbless on your pregnancy. :)
