Bedrest fitness

Have you heard that there is a bedrest fitness DVD? I just came across this here on StorkNet. I was on bedrest for 12 weeks, I would of loved to known about this back then. For anyone currently on bedrest or at risk of going on bedrest, check this out if you get a chance.

I would have loved to have known about that as well. I was on bedrest for 8.5 wks and by the time I could get up and start moving around, I was in so much pain. My body was not used to carrying that kind of weight and I was miserable.
