Yay! I have a doula!

I am so excited to have found a doula; I am meeting the assistant midwife next week, and then my birth team will be all assembled (planning a homebirth). It's all starting to seem so real! I've had a really uneventful pregnancy and felt maybe 3 B-H contractions total so far (I'm 29+ weeks), so I still have trouble sometimes believing that I'm actually pregnant, and it's so cool to be getting all this stuff together!

Now I just need to find a pediatrician....

Yay! I am so excited for you. I hope you have a wonderful birth. Try a meet and greet with the ped I wrote you about, if it's not to far of a drive. I liked her a lot and I'm usually not too fond of docs.

Thanks Karin! I do think the Eastside is a little far for me, and I dont know it at all. But I got some good recommendations from Heather and I'll have to gather the courage to start interviewing doctors in the next week or so!
