Hi All-
I was just curious...I cant seem to remember this.
When you had a newborn, how many physical bottles did you have? I just bought 6, but for some reason, I think I may need more.
Any suggestions?

I always had 8 and that was usually enough.

I think I had 9... 3 of the 3 pack starter sets. But that's because we run everything in the dishwasher and that's how long it was taking to cycle through.

Brady drinks four 4-ounce bottles and two 6-ounce bottles every day, so I have that many sterilized and ready to go each day. We have about six 8-ounce bottles for when he's bigger.
I'm a crazy person, I know, but I honestly have about 12 bottles. DS goes through about 6, sometimes 7, per day, but I really like having extras around. Especially helpful for when we're travelling and I don't want to worry about having to wash bottles every day (also, I wash them in the dishwasher and don't want to have to run the dishwasher every day).

I had 6 of the small bottles.
As the kids got older - we had 10-12 of the large ones.

We have 5 right now... 4 smaller and 1 larger. However, I BF when I am home and we only use bottles during the day. I pre-make about 3 bottles a day for when I am gone (EBM) -- about 16 to 20 ounces. I wash them every night and refill. If/when we go to formula we will probably have to buy some more. -- for Hunter we had about 10 I think (Ruby wouldn't drink from the same kind of bottle Hunter did -- fussy girl).
