Get the picture? lol! That's what I'm looking for. Easy, easy, easy. 3-4 ingredients if possible, but will accept more. I have a 6 month old and rarely cook now since I'm working full time. It would be so much easier to put everything in a slow cooker and leave it for the day, but I need easy and cheap recipes. HELP!

Here's a yummy one for you!

Baked Steak

4-6 pieces of tenderized round steak or minute steaks (whatever amount to feed your family)
1-2 cans of cream of mushroom soup

Dredge the steak in flour and brown on both sides in oil. Put in crock pot and pour soup over top. Cook on low for 6 hours.

This is the yummiest! I like to serve over rice, but it would be good over noodles or mashed potatoes also!

Enjoy!

This is an excellent chicken taco mix I found on the web.

1 pound chicken breast
1 cup chicken broth (I make it from the boullion cubes)
1 envelope taco seasoning

Cook on low for at least 6 hours. It will just fall apart. Makes great soft tacos and is also really good over rice!

**If you want thicker sauce just add a tablespoon of cornstarch or flour, mix it well and let it thicken up while you get the table set, then it's ready.

Easy Cheesy Chicken

4-6 boneless chicken peices (frozen if you like)

2 can cream of Chicken

garlic salt and onion salt to taste or any other flavorings you may like.

1 cup of shredded cheese.

Directions
Put the chicken in a crockpot. Season to taste.

cover with cream of chicken

cook on low 6-8 hours (or until done)

last 5 minutes add shredded cheese

put over rice or noodles...or even potatoes.

It will be a little runny...so if you like it less runny add more chicken in the beginning. or add a little cornstartch.

Family loves it!

1 package of steak (I use venison)
1 bottle of BBQ sauce

Put in crockpot/slowcooker in the morning on low and take it out at dinner time. We eat ours on hamburger buns! YUM!!!!!

Also, I've recently begun looking for another crockpot so that I can make baked beans in it while I'm making the BBQ steak in the other.

Right now, I have a roast in the crockpot. Any kind of roast (cheap works just fine!) and then I put in a envelope or two of dry onion soup mix and a little water (1/2-1 cup).

Or boneless, skinless chicken breasts with cream of something soup over them!

Or stew. I brown the meat first, put it in the crockpot with onions, potatoes, carrots and bouillon. Cover with water. Cook all day!

I LOVE my crockpot! I have an 8 month old, an 11 year old and a 12 year old AND I work full time. If we are going to eat at home, it has to be QUICK, so I know what you mean!

Good luck!
