I am at 30 weeks with my first due Feb 17th and I have been diagnosed with High Blood Pressure 200/88 at times and Placenta Privea. I have been walking every day & swimming twice a week up until last week. I am now very nervous as I approach the 30 week mark as others I know who had Privea had a bleed around the 31-33 mark.

Should I be nervous & not swim anymore and shorten my walking?

Also, I seem to have hit another wall of depression which I'm sure has been a result of my lack of excercise. How can I cope without crying all the time & just shake off the negativiy around me?

Thanks

You really need to consult you dr. My blood pressure has been up and down, never that high. But, my doc said no exercise and more rest. Laying on the couch on my left side. I don't know if you had bp problems before or not, that might make a difference. But, before I exercised again, I would consult your dr.
