No one I know gets those and uses them for anything but burp pads. I would like to use them as diapers, but they seem plasticky to me. If you used them successfully as diapers, please just let me know. Last time I bought them and they ended up being dust rags because they were too big, but I'm willing to try them again.
Around here, you can't get any cloth diapers except these in stores.

i have seen those in walmart and was wondering if they were any good...i imagine not...but would be interested in what other people thought of them.
They are very usable as long as you get the Diaper Service Quality ones.:)

toh--ditto what jen said. I actually prefer them to premiums because they trifold nicer and are smaller and trimmer. They must be diaper service quality though. They have them at target.

I agree with getting the diaper service quality. From my experience with a child over 3-4 months the extra absorbant ones are the best! I have to admit though my main use for them is using them to line my cloth diapers. I make my own diapers using flannel on the top and bottom and sew in a gerber diaper as a liner and they are the BEST diapers! I used several brands of diapers before and still have an arrangement of diapers but my favorite most absorbant diapers are the ones I have made using gerber prefolds as liners. I have also used them alone and I still find them to be the most absorbant and hold the most pee!

I found that the Gerber ones that are a polyester blend do not hold in moisture and they leaked terribly.
I didn't know that Gerber made diaper service quality ones. :) We are very happy with our motherease over here!
