Well, the midwife came last night! All we really did was talk and she showed me her certificates. I gave her a copy of my chart too. Talked about family history and all that. Definitely decided on a water birth! That I am really excited about! She said there's not really anything to do until about 12 weeks and we made an appointment for Jan 20, 2003 to hear the heartbeat! I also told her that I wanted an ultrasound and she said that I should go see an obgyn and not to tell them that I'm planning a home birth and probably the best time to get one would be 16-20 weeks so I'm going to try and get in around 16 weeks. :) She is very nice and I like her a lot!
