Question for Hypnobirthing Mama's

Ok, I posted a ways back about how Ky had destroyed my tapes. One of our members generously sent me a copy, so I have been back in business.(Thank you thank you thank you!!!)

My question is: How can I expect to use them in labor? more so at the hospital than at home I suppose.

I am in early labor right now, contrax 7-10 mins apart since this am. Just wondering what your experiences were.

Walkman and headphones! (or bring a tape player with you) But I vote for headphones, because then you don't get bothered as much by the staff.

And extra batteries. I swear, batteries know you are in labor, and die on the spot.
