Trip Update

Silly me, I was freaked out about nothing. We had a great time this weekend, only one small incident where I flipped our little inflatable kayak (ducky) and my 8 year old and I went for a short swim, no big deal, we were back in boats in about ten seconds, and the water felt GOOD!

We had a BLAST! The weather was great - nice thunderstorm Saturday afternoon AFTER we set up camp so we got to hide out in our tents. Then we went for a hike in an incredible canyon. New Mexico is just sooo beautiful, I would recommend a visit for anyone who has not been here.

Anyway, Slade is active as ever, and I actually had NO contractions the whole trip! YAY! :) Thank you ladies for your support as always.......... :)

That is such good news. Am GLAD you enjoyed and that there was no reason to worry at all! :D I would have loved to see how you got back on the boat. We went sailing in a small boat a few weeks ago and I couldn't go for a swim because it would have been impossible to climb back on board after with my big belly sticking out. Maybe it's better when it's an inflatable one - kinda folds around you! And I agree, NM is beautiful, would love to visit again. Take care and keep us posted on how you are doing.
